217k on the clock on mine and counting. Good 'ol truck, and I don't really see any reason to ever get rid of it.

That is because you have 'low' mileage.

Bearhugger1933 12-11-2017 08:23 PM

1995 7.3 cc 385k bought with 217k valve cover never been off as far as I know.

Hah, yeah. 217k is "just getting broken in" according to the clowns on Craigslist.

My 2000 f350 had 198k when I bought it last week, paperwork in glove box shows it had a remanufactured tranny swap already (what a relief). I think this thing will run a few more years.

I have a 1995 F250 7.3T 2wd with just over 237k on the clock. Idk much about diesels as this one is my first. I paid $2,600 for it back in November of last year. I'm wondering if I got a good deal.

sbraatz 02-21-2018 05:43 PM

269,000 and going strong. All mine since new. Only putting 3-4K on the clock per year. Can't bear to part with it.

sbraatz 02-22-2018 03:21 PM

how many miles

I've got 269,371 from the get go and still running strong.

Is that original, or has it rolled over?

z31freakify 02-23-2018 09:08 PM

When it rolls over it goes back to 300k.
