I get these pics from time to time so I thought I'd share some with you all. I also, unfortunatatly get the "after pics" that I don not like and will not post. If you have any "WTF?" or "Unsafe" practices, please share.

As a painter, I have done the scenario in pic #3 from the top in the first post. That one's no big deal, provided the railing is securely anchored--the ladder is wedged, there's nowhere for it to go. I'd also consider the setup in the very first pic, but it would have to be a more substantial plank or walkboard.

Most of the rest are flat-out INSANE!
