Will any of the popular liners effect my reverse warning sensors performance on my 07 Expedition?

Will it just limit the effectiveness or negate them entirely?

Short answer is not unless you spray over the sensor. Are you planning on spraying the bumper?

Yes, color matching the front fascia lower side rockers/running boards, and rear bumper.

The sprayers should cover the sensors with the wire embedded tape. Then when they finish the sensors will be untouched and should work like always. They could remove the sensors but you might have some trouble getting them back into place and level.
