Thanks for the welcomes. Sorry I am just now responding to this thread. I'm a newbie to forums in general, so bare with me. I'm poking around on the Ford Truck Enthusiasts website and the various forums including the MD chapter.

My name is James and I live in Crofton, MD. I just placed my marker on the MD Chapter Google Map which, btw, was a great idea.

Nice to meet you James, I am from Crownsville, and Bud is from Millersville. If you need help getting around on the forum, just ask, we'll be glad to help. look for the maryland b/s thread, and give us a yell there. an easy way to return to the threads you are talking in, is to click usercp, up there on the left.

Welcome welcome.

Judging by your name, it sounds like you really love your truck.

Thanks Scott. You know POS could mean Piece of Steel. Kidding aside, I do love my Ford truck. It was gifted to me by my dad 2000 just days before he passed away and I could never see getting rid of it. I've done almost everything under the sun to keep it alive since then including a new engine just year. It's not pretty due to some rust and faded paint job, but it's a work horse.

Just got my fuel line repair kit in the mail yesterday and hope to tackle that this weekend. Thanks again for the advice Charlie.

Sorry to hear about your dad, but that makes the truck that much more special. I hope you can keep it on the road as long as possible. The money isn't nearly as hard to spend when it's keeping alive a legacy. :-X22
