Once you get all the bolts out how do you get the darn thing off. Have tried a puddy knife and it won't budge.

in the process of the same thing. take a small pry bar or long screw driver and stick it where the drain tube is suppose to go and then pop it up. it works ive done it a time or two

Did you take the IPR valve out and is the intake off? If the intake isn't off you'll need to cut the heat shield mount on the passenger side rear off with a die grinder. It uses an o-ring NOT a gasket to seal it. It's not glued down and you shouldn't have to pry it off.

Thanks we got it. Now trying to figure out how to put the stc fitting thing together.

i didnt really have to pry it was more of a popping action. STC can be tricky make sure that everything is lined up perfect before you tighten anything down

man people like to work hard.
use a 4" 1/2 drive extension and a line up bar. pops right up.

cheez got it i couldnt remember exactly what i used because it had been awhile!
