Drop Visor?

Has anyone ever seen a drop visor on on a super duty? Or have any pictures of one? I've been thinking about putting a 6" 'eyebrow' on my windshield with some really dark tint. But something in painted steel or chrome would be pretty cool.

Have you thought about just tinting the top of the windsheld instead of one of those things? Not my style, but each has his own. :-X22

If you get one of those things, we will need pics.

I have, but anything over 4" or the "AS1" line will get you pulled over (illegal) in Michigan and Iowa (my primary driving locations and speaking from experience). I'd like to be between 6 and 8 inches down from the top of the windshield.

I've got a fabricator working on the idea and the price right now...I just wondered if anyone had seen or heard of one on a pickup. If I get one it will likely be color matched or gloss black...and pics will be posted of course.

In '01 Ford had a Platinum edition truck with this visor on it.

I just recently joined the forum and so this response is way late. This is my "big car" with a drop visor.

Passing would be interesting... I don't know how resistant is to oscillation.
