Window

I have a 1950 F1. I recently let the driver's side window down all the way. As a result it will not roll up. Something seems to be preventing it from going up but I do not know what. Has anyone ran across a similar problem? if so, please let me know
:) Thanks----Joker50

I'm assuming that it was working beforehand. If so, it could be a multitude of things. Just take that rectangular panel off the door and see if you see something obvious. Plus you'll be able to push up on the bottom of the glass and help it out enough to figure out what the problem is.

if you can grab it with your fingers you can rock it side to side while gently rolling the window handle up,It works on my pass. window

A common problem is as the felt in the window channel deteriorates, it can bunch up and bind against the glass, making it difficult, if not impossible, to roll up and down. Do not force it. That would be a good way to destroy your regulator. As mentioned, take the inspection panel off and investigate the problem, and repair as necessary. It may be as simple as just needing some lube in the moving parts.

I had a similar problem and the felt jammed it. As stated above, I forced it and messed up the regulator. Power windows are in her future.

There are two clips at the bottom of the glass where the glass track is attached to the window regulator. Clips break and the track can become loose. That could also be the issue.
