1996 F250 mean lean tire correction

I just purchased a super clean no rust 1996 F250 4x4. I love the truck but it has the standard "mean lean" both front tires squaut out. I purchased the truck with intensions of lifting it and eventually going to be a show truck. Question. It has the 2 piece front axle. How hard is it to put a solid front axle in? Question, Can the independant front axle be fixed for the tires to sit verticle again? I love these trucks and have only owned fords. The truck has a 460 if that makes any difference. Thanks

The truck just needs add-a-leafs, the 460 is a heavy slug and takes it's toll on front suspension components.
