Western Regional & Club Discussion Forum
 

This forum is for FTE's in the Western Region to create clubs based on similar interests, and for the discussion and planning of those club's off-line activities. The emphasis of these clubs is to unite local enthusiast's for social GTG's, trail rides or events. If you already participate in activities with your coworkers, classmates, your brother in law or just close friends, then you may already have the beginnings of a club. Club membership is not limited to current FTE members.

Here are the guidelines (Note - Since this is new ground for all of us, these guidelines may be amended/revised as necessary to better suit the needs of all concerned):

1.To Form A Club

a) Notify a Regional Chapters Moderator of your intent.
b) Start a thread in the applicable regional forum.
c) Once your club has 5 members, choose a Club Contact and a name. (FTE reserves the right to approve names.)
d) When a, b & c have been satisfied your club may be granted official status and given a sub-forum within this Regional & Club Discussion Forum.

2. Club Contact Eligibility and Requirements:

a) Club Contacts must be FTE chapter members within the applicable region.
b) Club Contacts must be 21 years of age and have a minimum of 60 days FTE membership.
c) Current chapter leaders may participate in a local club, but are not eligible to serve as Club Contact.
d) FTE staff reserves the right to approve Club Contacts.
