Here you go guys....as promised, here are some images of different Ford Truck builds we've done over at our store....I have all of the sizing and specs on each truck's setup, but it takes a while to find, so I'll just repost the info for each one as I get it.

Or if anybody wants to know anything specifically about a build, just ask and I'll look for the info on that first.

Thanks,
Jason

Hey sy628109, this one's for you...you wanted to see an 18" wheel on 35" tire, so here you go, sorry the pics aren't the greatest...

2005 Ford Superduty with mild 2-3" mild lift/level kit with shocks with:
18x9 XD Rockstar Black Wheels, 0mm offset
35/12.50R20 Nitto Trail Grapplers

One more 18" wheel/35" tire package for you sy628109...this one's fresh off the rack, just installed for a customer today!

2009 Ford F-150 with:
Readylift 3" front spacer kit and 1.5" rear blocks
18x9 XD Monster Black Wheels, +18mm offset, 5.71" backspace
35/12.50R20 Toyo Open Country M/T Tires

Had to do some minor inner fenderwell trimming of the front plastic to get the 35's to clear, but nothing major at all...maybe around a 2" x 1" notch out of the plastic that you can't even see. Only rubbing occurs when cranking the wheel at full turn, going in reverse, and even then it's just a very slight rub that you can barely notice. Pretty nice!

Thank you!

Ford Excursion with 4" lift with:

20x9" Fuel Boost Black/Machined Wheels, 4.5" Backspace, -12mm Offset
275/65R20 Nitto Terra Grappler (34.1" x 10.8") Tires

Could have gone bigger on the tires, but customer wanted to stick with 34's....

Jason, you got any pics from the front of a 2011 with 20x9 and a +9mm offset? I see the +18mm above but figuring the +9 will stick out a bit more even. JC

Could you post a few more pics of this one from the front so I can see how much the +18 offset sticks out? Thanks!

thejean 06-24-2011 12:38 AM

So I installed some 20x9's today with a +18 offset on my 350. Tires are 295/60/20's. Looks great! Just about lines up with the outer fender edge. Also no rub issues on a completely stock suspension. The do just barely touch my mudflaps but I hardly call that a rub because if I didn't have mudflaps, there would be no rub whatsoever. Leveling kit going in this weekend and when done, I will post some pics.

With the Ready Lift Stg 3 leveling kit installed:

Just checking too see if anyone has a new lift or wheel combo they want to add? I am currently looking to level out the new 350, but also get control of the truck with some nice shocks also. I emailed Carli today and they are working on a new leveling kit with King shocks. Hoping it won't be too long.

By the way. Has anyone compared to see what wheels are rated the highest in capacity? I would hate to aerate the truck with nice wheels that will warp or crack under towing conditions. Let me know what you think.
