Where is the cheapest place to buy offroad (red) diesel in the Newberg/Hillsboro/Gresham area?
 
Where is the cheapest place I can buy red diesel at in the Newberg/Gresham/Salem/Hillsboro area?

Would it be the shell station on the east side of I5 headed north between Salem and Newberg?

Why would you want to find red died UNTAXED diesel? The fine in Oregon is $5,000 if they "dip" your tank. Several people over here on the East side have gotten popped lately...................

The fuel is for my equipment, not for my truck. What were the circumstances of people getting their tanks dipped?

Where were they at?

What all happened?

Did they have a transfer tank in their truck bed?

Did they have a locking gas cap?
