2011 f250 brake control portal
 

Hello, Does anybody have a idea of where the brake controller plug is, on my f250. have done many others, just can't find where this one was hidden. thanks

right behind the coin holder in the dashboard.

It should be under the drivers side of the dash. On my F150 it was tucked up under the lower dash panel above the gas pedal. On the 250 it might also be above the parking brake. You're gonna have to stick your head under there to see it.

Thanks for the reply, but been under dash for 2 hours, no plug. I know where the f150s are, and older super dutys, but this new one is hid out!!

What model are we talking about? XL, XLT etc. ?

Might want to call a dealer or Ford directly.

TexasRebel is right. Just added a brake controller to my '11 250 XL and the wiring harness/plug is literally plugged into the back of the coin holder cubby. It's easy to pop out. Took me less than five minutes start to finish. Thanks TR.

Do you have to change the master cylinder on the 2011's?
I had to do that to my 09.
