Best bumper?

I'm getting my first vehicle in the next couple of days, a 1993 f150 2wd extended cab with 149k miles.
I wanna get some bumpers that, if i get in a crash at school, i can get out and laugh.
Suggestions?

I will be posting a thread about me getting my truck within a week or two, we're buying it from a repo place. And it isnt running and the mechanic they have wont be back till tuesday. The owner refuses to sell us a non-running truck. My dad was wondering what little mods i wanted here and there so i wanted to start with these...

Your gunna have to get a pretty tough one. Like this :HeftyFabWorks - Custom bumpers, rock sliders and more for your truck or vehicle
If your planning on running into stuff. Anything that bolts to the factory one, like those push bumpers are pretty weak and wont take much abuse. Their are a lot of places that make bumpers for these trucks. Someone posted this hefty one and it looked real clean. Good luck

Why do you want to get into a crash at school? Girl drivers?

My idea is that since its a 2wd some people one these fourms have installed lockers on there trucks. I would think about installing a detroit locker, and depending on if your using your box much a Tonneau cover they can really make the truck look decent.

And some 31x10.50x15 s will fit on a stock 2wd suspension plus give a little more clearance and fill in the wheel wells.

Sorry its not helping just my little idea for mods.

My thoughts

For sheer strength, you can't beat a Reunel Bumper. They are not cheap but they will inflict serious damage to any g00ber that decides to use your truck as a stop block.

I particularly like This one

After i made this thread and showed my dad he said he knows a guy who has a 4x4 rock crawling shop. He said he would stop in there and see if he could make us a bumper. Now i just gotta find one i like. The smaller prerunner type ones look cool, but they are probably going to be a little fragile, i wanna talk to this chris guy and see what he thinks.

If your going to get a front bumper made get the clevis attach points like bronco air and many others use.

you can never have too many tow points on trucks and these fords have nothing to attach to up front. Just my two cents.

Prerunner bumpers are strong if built right. I had one on my old tacoma that was stronger then any of these bolt on ones mentioned above.
