Headlight adjustment on F-150

I replaced the lamps and now I am remounting them.
What is the procedure for adjusting the headlight on a 2002 F-150, V8, 5.4, 2WD?
I need to align the light beams.
Thanks,
Mike

Nobody? Nobody knows how high they should when facing a wall? Before I put the grill back on, I want to know the set up.
Somebody, somewhere must know, they just aren't telling me.
Hmm.
Thanks,

i park on the flat facing the garage door. adjust then so they are basically horizontal meaning if the llights are 32 inches off the ground, get the light pattern on the door 32 inches up from the ground. On the width, the main light beam should for left and right will be about 5 ft apart on the door in front of you. Of course the beam spreads out and will shine into the left lane and off the side of the road, but that looksmore like a reflection on the door.. The real conclusion is to drive it down the road at night and see what i think. I normally do this and see register in my own mind that the drivers side needs to move (up- dowon- left-right) , etc, then the passenger side needs ???. Go back to the driveway, make minor adjustments and do it again on the road. I have never got it right the first time without a road test and movement.
