Truxedo Low Pro QT
 

Does anyone have one of these covers on their 09-11? I see Truxedo has a new part number for the 09-11 vs the one that was on my 07. I'm curious how it fits. How close to the cab/rear window is it and does the cover go over any of the tailgate lip?

I'm asking because I've "fitted" the cover I had on my 07 onto my 11. I had to shift the frame rails toward the tailgate to get the cover off the rear window. While it fits and functions. I'm curious about how the fit is with the proper cover. The short of it, do I keep the old one or buy a new one.

I have one on my 2011 platinum. It fits great. I had one on my 2006 f250 as well and the fit was perfect. Its about 1" from the rear window and goes to the tailgate.

The LowPro QT sits inside the bedrails correct? Not ontop like my TruXport, IIRC. If that's the case then it should not be that close to the rear window since it's down nearly flush with the rails.

I have this one: Low Pro, fits fine, doesn't leak, installed in 30 minutes or less and cost $430 Cdn.

The Low Pro QT fits inside the bed rails vs on. I was just trying to gain some perspective on to how the proper part number fits on the new trucks vs the 04-08's. I installed the one from my 07 and if the rails are mounted in the proper location there's a gap between the cover and the tailgate and the front portion rides directly on the rear window. So my temporary fix is to shift the whole thing toward the tailgate. One of these days, I'll probably buy a new one that fits correctly.
