1995 F150 XLT won't start
 

Help! Engine rotates but will not start. Where do I start? I noticed when the ignition is on I don't hear the pump. I'm just trying to see if there is anything I should check first (relay or switch) before assuming it's the pump.

I would check fuses under the hood and in the dash then id have to ask if your truck is rusty i had a s10 rust bucket that was rusted so bad the ground was bad had to grind down to bare metal and remount the ground.

grounds, terminals, fuses, fuel pump......ect

I've been having the same problem.
I would suggest you pull a plug and ground it, get someone to turn it over and see if it fires. Take note if it is strong blue spark.
If you have fire, try spraying some starter fluid into the throttle body and see if it hits.
This should determine if it is an ignition problem or a fuel problem.
