OT A visit with Kent Fuller
 

I took these pictures a few weeks ago on a trip to Ca. Kent is a legend in early California drag racing having built drag chassis for the likes of Don Prudholme, Tommy Ivo and the Hawaiian (sp). The first 2 pictures are of the body of a flathead powered steamliner project that he is building for himself to run on the Salt. He has not missed a year at Bonneville since 1957! The 3rd picture I took at Vern Tardell's shop on the same trip, a flathead powered vintage belly tank racer. The eye candy at Vern's shop was amazing. It was quite a trip!
