1994 f150 bumper sag
 

Does anyone know how to fix a front/rear bumper sag, i'm not sure if i have to loosen some bolts and adjust it, or pound the brackets in a little to straighten it out?

I would try to loosen the bolts and see if you can reposition it. If that fails then you may have bent brackets.

Where you able to readjust it? Are both your bumpers sagging?

Not yet, i have a pretty stubborn bolt that i'm soakin in some oil right now, and ya front and back are sagging. It looks like i got into a car wreck
