55 Thames panel truck for sale in CA

Take a look:

55 thames panel

Listed as a E100 English Ford. What's the history on these? No photo with the ad, and a quick image search on google didn't turn up much. Only some 30's looking panel trucks...

There was a recent thread here on a pretty nice custom '54 panel from England, but it seems like that truck was a f100. Any insight from overseas?

It's going to look something like this.

We had a few modified english fords running the streets of Nashville during the mid 60's, usually with a 283 sbc in them.

Thanks for the photo. It kinda looks more like an old Dodge panel than a Ford though.
