PCV Valves on F53 Motorhomes
MY 2003 Class A motor home has the 310 HP V-10 vin "S". for the las few years I have been having a problems with oil being suck up the PCV line and into the Plenum and it is using/sucking oil and when started after a few days there's a white puff smoke,,clearly it's coming from the PCV as the lines are oil soaked even into ther Plenum I can feel the oil. Has any else had this problem, especially with the ford V-10. Otherwise I really enjoy my motorhome and the V-10 has great power and torgue. I have had no other problem with this unit. Any suggestions?
I getting conflicting info Re: what PCV valve should be on this model,, the owner's manual call for a Motorcraft EV233,,, every where I check the number's are different,,and I believe not all PCV are the same...thanks |
