1999 F150 Fuel Pump Replacement
 

Hey all, I'm going to be changing the fuel pump in a '99 F150 2WD Super-Cab. (V6 5 Speed FWIW.)
Am I going to be dropping the tank? Or not? I did a pump on another vehicle recently, (non-Ford), and the book called for a tank drop, but doing it in vehicle turned out to be rather easy. Will I be as lucky in this rig?

Yup, it's not bad at all, especially with a helper and jack. Before you do it, wash under there with a garden hose or something to help get rid of some of the dirt that is going to fall in your eyes :)

You can drop the tank or remove the bed. One or the other. :)
