'99 F-150 2wd pulls to the right when braking.
 

I had a posting a few days ago about this, thanks to all that helped. Sadly I must say the problem isn't solved. Even the mechanics at the local shop couldn't figure it out. Here's the situation:
When driving normal, I can take my hands off the wheel and the truck runs true, aligned well. But if I hit the brakes, the truck wants to pull to the right. It doesn't do it bad, if I have my hand on the wheel I don't even feel the tug. But I guess it's too much to pass inspection.
Here's the history:
Spring '09 - new tires all around (15K highway miles since)
Summer '09 - turned the front rotors (disk brakes) and new pads all around.
Summer '10 - New rotors and brake pads on the front. One front rotor had eaten the brake pad down to the rivets and gouged the rotor, so I put brand new one's on. Also new brake pads then.
Now - Brand new calipers and brake pads on the front. Found a broken linkage on the sway bar and replaced (thanks guys), but the problem still exists.
My ABS light is on, and the dealership said my front wheel speed sensors aren't reading properly. They blamed the new rotors, saying they may be the wrong size.
Any ideas

The local inspector failed my inspection, handed me my keys and said "good luck". My tags expire at the end of the month! :-X09

next i would change the rubber brake hoses. sometimes they will swell and not let the brake flude flow trough them

Thanks Mike. That's funny, the mechanics blamed the hoses saying that the pigtail in the hose between the hardline and the caliper might be to blame. I'll swap the hoses ASAP. Unfortunately, my hard lines are so rusted, I'll need to go ahead and replace those too, or else I know they'll break while I try to attach the rubber hoses. Just my luck.

Your left front hose is likely collapsed.

Air pressure in the tires exactly the same ? Maybe diameter of the front tires slightly different ?

With all that work on the front end, the ABS sensors may have bent bracket (s). The sensor air gap I think is around .050. I'd check the left front sensor first for damage, bad harness, rusty particles on the end of the sensor.
