Rear Cargo Door Rattle
 

2004 Expedition that has developed a rather loud rattle in the rear cargo door. If I get in the back and pull the strap handle in towards the cargo area while someone is driving, the rattle stops. So, I'm certain I have found the issue, but don't know how to solve it.

I don't see any adjustment on the latch. All the noise coming from the latch area near the strap handle.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas to resolve it?
