Do these trucks have a PS cooler?

Hi all, I am new to the navigator and I was wondering does the non-tow package navigator have a power steering cooler? If it does, where would I find it? Also is there a page with any how-to's for the navigator, specifically the PCV valve change and the Fuel filter change?

My HD Tow Expedition does not have a power steering cooler I'm aware of.

Prior to 2006 they did.
