WeatherTech floor mats
Starting to search the net for floor mats for the Expy. Any recommendations? I'll currently considering Weathertech Mats. Anyone using these?
Thanks Mike |
And yes, ...... I did search for weathertech mats before posting this question. I'll still looking for positive feedback on the mats before I spend $379 on a full set of mats right before Xmas.
Thanks again Mike |
I bought the Weathertech and love them. Gotta 7,5,3 year old and they have saved my interior a lot of nasty stains. It's worth the money to keep your interior protected!

Oh, I should mention that I bought the front, middle, and back row. I also double downed on the cargo mat. No complaints!

Thanks st381... I'm hoping I didn't make a $380 mistake.

Have a set in my 150 and they are awesome. No sliding around, easy to clean, and they fit close to perfect and look great. My parents also have a set in the front of their 07 EB Expedition, and the pad in the back. I won't ever own a vehicle without getting a set of weathertech mats for it !

I bought some Weather Tech mats and send them back. I have a set of classic Husky liners in both my Explorer and Expedition. Front and middle rows. They offer a third row, but that is normally down. Here's the cargo area liner. The raised lip is highly beneficial!

I love my weather tech mats. I've had them on my last two expeditions. My last one had over 100k when I traded it and the floors still looked new under the mats.
I plan to put them in every truck/suv I ever own. :-X22 |
I put weathertec in every vehicle I own. Luckily they are only about 30 minutes from me, so I usually stop there immediately after a vehicle purchase. I also like the Husky Liners, as they gave better protection between the 2nd row and the door, the spot the kids always step on. However, the new weathertec design has addressed this.

Chucks, why did you send back the weathertech mats?

On the Weather Tech mats I received the lip around the edges was inconsequential and I don't think the rear mats fit well. The Husky mats fit better and I like the diamond pattern.

Cool, thanks for the reply

Hope im not to late, I just sold my 07 Expy and have my weathertechs in the classifieds all three rows for $250 shipped, gray in color. PM or email me or seach classifieds and respond there. I also have the WT cargo liner and a canvasback cargo liner for sale.

Sorry Welfarewagon,
I saw your post on the classifieds, my wife wanted tan and not gray. Mike |
Weather techs are teh way to go. Get the higher end ones. I bought mine to use when I go fishing hunting etc. Started dating my Fiance who has three girls, and ended up leaving them in. I actually have two cargo mats, one cut for the 3rd row seat, and one with no holes. They are well worth the money, and fit like a glove.
