Engine issue

I got a 1992 Ford F250 with the 5.0 V8 (E4OD Trans with it too) And I'm having a starting issue... sometimes. Here's the story I have NEW Plugs, cap, rotor, and the wires are fairly new. The ignition coil was replaced in may 2008 because it would misfire only when it warmed up at about 35mph. It's been fine since but now I have a new issue. Sometimes when I go down the road I'll feel the motor slightly surging and the vacuum gauge that I installed will rock around. but then it all got worse.... When its above 65 degrees Fahrenheit it'll start and drive well but the lower the temps the worse. when it's under 50 out side it'll barley start. It'll fire but then die very quickly and needs the pedal pushed. It'll jump around really bad and act really weak. But once it warms up it's fine (besides some of the surging like I said before) and it'll restart fine as well. Once it cools off it'll happen again. It can't be the fuel pump because it's my guess that it'd do it all the time. Plus it kicks on at first like normal. New fuel filter too! Can it be the coil again? I took it off and brought it in to warm in the house over night and brought it out this morning and it started without the pedal being pushed but missed a couple small times lightly and seemed decent. What else can it be? I'm confused. This truck always ran very well!

Ford Fuel Injection » Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECT) I would check out the ECT as in this link.

I tried that and it's ok. I forgot to post I changed that as well. I've had several different ones and the all failed. (new and used ones)
