that looks like a 56 or later ... the 53 54 55 are the same. flat 3 spoke. not depressed in the center like that one appears to be. the 53-55 F100/250 wheel looks like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=110616899275 more or less
