On my 07 Mustang, my MP3 player plugs into the earphone jack on the player and into the earphone jack in the console of the car. I use a double ended earphone jack cord.
Then turn the raido on the Aux and turn on the mp3 player.

Too many numbers and letters there for me!
After on-off, volume, and channel....I get lost.

What allen said...

double ended "earphone" chord available at any walmart or radio shack type of place. Plug one into the "aux" port on the radio and the other into the headphone jack on the mp3 player, then place the radio on aux instead of fm/am/cd

I look at the radio and there is a knob that says tuner... and an am scale...
I envy your radio...

on a more serious note...

There should be a spot either on the front or the back of the deck that will accept a headphone-style (3.5mm??) audio plug... Standard procedure is to get a male-to-male audio plug, and plug your headphone out on the mp3 player to your aux input on the radio... only downside to this is that usually you still have to use the mp3 player to select the track you want to listen to... Can't tell you more than that without knowing what model of radio/year of truck you have, hope I helped...

raadio daze

thanks for the input.
pulled the radio and found a wigit that works off the cd changer plug.
got it all connected and the radio/mp3 work just fine.
