Hey guys,

Thanks for the welcome. I've been a lurker around here for some time til lately I've actually posted some. Seems like the people on this board are genuine. A little about me I am a wedding disc jockey in Coos Bay and own a party supply rental company. Which is what brought me here, my service vehicle is a 1985 Ford E350 Diesel Van. Technically it is not a truck( its a van) but I call it my work truck, so I hope you will work with me here. I am not a mechanic but I have been learning how to do some of the basic repairs and am for the most part servicing on my own thanks to reading posts here.

Welcome Darryl! You'll find lot's of helpful folks around here. Our "rules" are a lot more lax here in the chapters. More of a family than the tech forums, so feel free to post most anything, we're all friends here!

Cool, those old 6.9's are pretty simple to work on. Glad to have you here.

Crummy, Sounds like some fun trucks. I have loved the two bronco that I had. A 78 and a 69. Lots of information to be had here and in the other forums.
