Ches that's one ugly copper block, alot of satin black might help, that color might be ok in moderation, but WAY to much by itself.

Al least its friday, and tonight is card night with the neighbors, and his b-day, drinks on the house.

i liked the burnt copper, satin black color combo on the engine, i think itll be neat.

Nothing beats FORD blue with black accents and a small splash of chrome.

I would go crazy living in the city, the nearest gas station is 6 miles away from me and sometimes that's to close, lol.

Productive day here so far. Mrs. spent most of the week mowing where she could / felt brave enough. I mowed everywhere that she couldn't this morning in less than two hours.

Cleaned out the garage enough to fit BOTH the Escape and the Focus in it. (Winter is coming...)

Then drove the old truck over to the in laws...mowed the front yard, and weeded the back yard. Y'all ever seen six foot tall weeds?? :eek: First time in my life I've ever used a chainsaw as a weedeater... :-missingt

Now I'm home and don't have to be at job #2 until 5pm.

Nap time! :)

I live in KC, the truck lives in rural Saline Co. for the time being. I won't be able to get to the farm until weekend after next. Dang family functions.....

I'm only going to work fords from now on!

I live in the OTHER KC, but you could always come over to my house and play with my truck if you'd like. :)

Nothing "really" wrong with it, but I can think of lots and lots of improvements that it doesn't need, but would be lots of fun to install.

Well the boat guy is not returning Phone calls so it looks like I have the day off. but no ele.bill money. Dalton is not feeling well so maybe its for the best. Easy day at home.

If you wasn't so far I would have some Ford truck eng work for you, I have to change a intake manifold gasket and figure what seal is leaking on the front end?

Front main/oil pan/timing cover? And swap a carb (with an off-road kit installed) to maybe handle the bumps better.

But when the kids are sick best to stay there anyway.

Not to knit-pick, but he shouldn't have gone blue on the engine stuff. Just doesn't fit the rest of the truck.

Spent the weekend out in the camper. I just love camping this time of the year. It gets warm enough to be comfy, but cool enough at night to enjoy snuggling up with the missus in the sleeping bag.

Well its Monday of a six day week! D_m cold at the bus stop! 20 mins and I'm off to work. My best friend at work got his job in springfield, friday was his last day so this will be a long week. His replacement starts next Monday, so we be short handed all week.

They did not make a F150 "Highboy" and I like the outside color scheme but agree he should have used the same outer 2 colors on the eng IMO.

I think the price for the truck is based off his house, ck it out in the background. I mean nice truck and house but come on $27000 for a 77 1/2 ton 4x4, whatever dude!

I turned on our heat this morning as well. I'm not worried tho. Our gas bill in the wintertime doesn't even approach HALF of our electric bill in the summer...
