Well here we go again, Happy New Year everyone, big snow storm here last night, ugh

we got a foot of snow last nite, good thing its light stuff

Nice and sunny here GIG but pretty damn cold..

No snow down here but a very chilly breeze.

Happy New Year gang !!!! ..Hey... Gerry you keep the sno... we got rain last night and now it is Brrrrr -10C with the wind chill. Had some buddies show up for some drinks on Sunday... wow went through 2 boxes of Bud lites PLUS their 2 boxes of Blue. Got the C6 up on the bench to .lol So I will start on that tomorrow. Still not supposed to be lifting but a wrench and stuff can't be that heavy. Had the pan off and lots of clutch stuff in the bottom, I was hard on that thing. Well time to put the tensor bandage back on the old gut... and hit the sheets. Y'All stay warm and play safe.

Google it and you will see it be an hour north of that place.Yes , THAT was a lot of beer. There were 7 of us in it + 2 girls. lol As for the transmission, you can bet I will be calling on you.

Hey George.. No not as of yet. Had the gut surgery and not able to get at her. As soon as I get the Docs ok to do the heavier lifting I will. I am hoping it is something stupid. I may have to do some grinding either on the caliper or the bracket.

Hey Jon, you do want to take it easy for a while. I wonder if the calipers for a 78 would work. The numbers you have are for a 77. Maybe your truck is a late 77 and Ford used 78 parts on it????

Hmmmm may be something to think about Geirge. Never thought of that and you could be onto something there !!!

AND thanks for the offer of helping me out with the C6 to. I WILL take you up on that. I may have over done yesterday with the snow thing... back and the gut are a little on the sore side today. Gonna take it easy and maybe split some wood for the old girl. It be on the chilly side here this a.m. but supposed to get up to +4C today. Back on the school bus today after 2 more 'snow days' off,

I'm so sick of winter/snow already ............ I have 3 vehicles stored for the winter :(

Nice pup there Gerry. Well the snow squalls finally QUIT and now I gotta blow out the driveways once again. lol Got to see the gut surgeon yesterday and all is good.. BUT he still wants me to start off gradually lifting things. He also said a re-occurance is NOT uncommon so for the next while I have to wear this awful , ill-fitting gut holder inner. Guess it be for the best. So out to the wild chilly winter, -14C plus a northwest wind. Good thing I have a ride 'em tractor with a blower. Y'all stay warm and play safe. YES gonna get at the '77 either today or fomorrow first thing
