Advance adapters makes a kit. Its $425. I thought about it for my conversion but im just gona use the dodge 205 with another short d shaft and then a divorced ford 205. Not only can i then use the ford front but i have a doubler too.

One thing is that I would not use cross-drilled rotors. They have a nasty tendency to crack. Not trying to knock you, just trying to look out for your safety. If you want some kind of performance rotors, go with slotted.

Ya.... I could go that route, but if I can swaps some parts around and save the cash, then I'll have to give it a shot!

Well while I'm waiting for some parts again... I had an opportunity to get back to the drivers side floor pan!

Your not the only one. That does look REALLY good

I have all the necessary pieces to get that NV4500 in place (working it almost as we speak) and then going to get the motor ready to fire... which includes the KDP fix and other misc. items. If she sounds good then I'll continue getting the driveline in place.

Also finishing up some body panel welds this week....

I'll have some pics by weeks end!

I saw you mention something about the KDP fix over at CumminsForum. Good thing your taking care of it now before it decides to drop into your gear train.

Better than factory.

Man, that truck is sweet. I'm just up the road from you, and I frequent the pick-n-pull in Rocklin. Let me know if you need me to keep an eye out for parts. I'd be proud to tell people I had a small hand in helping you with that beast!

Hey Andy,

Next time you are out, if you would.... keep an eye out for fenders, preferably a pair, but at a minimum I need a passenger side!

Thanks!

Mark

Yes... my luck it is just hanging there ready to fall out when I test fire the motor!

Alright....

Finished the front driver side cab mount. So that's enough body work for now!

I wanted to update the tie rod issue with heim joints.... since sheer is a big concern I'm going to use full shank grade 8 bolts and just cut off the un-used portion of threads! I'm going to add a spacer (.062) under the heim for a little more clearance. The body of the heim can not pass the bolt head... so no washer.

So where are we....

Oh ya..... getting that nv4500 in place. The trans fits real nice!

Looks like I'll be able to make use of the stock cross member!
