How about an exterior Propellor wheel hub mounted to the back of the propellers ?
Get in a harness then ...You pull tight on a slipping cable that hoists you to the top an access door ...with the rest of the cable motated by the turning wind propellor. |
True story ~ A guy tied his tool bag, using a very long rope, to the drive shaft of the turbine up in the nacelle and turned the turbine on,,, When the drive shaft started to turn, his foot got caught up in the rope. He got wound up in the shaft,,, I'm sure it seemed like a good idea at the time!!
