Drove it. With my camper, loaded with camping gear. Typical gasser Ford, they'll get there, just not very fast. The first steep hill I hit had me miss having a diesel but she got it done.

Decided I'm going to put the box back on my truck and mount the deck to he frame of a parts truck I have and make that into the trailer for the rzr

Today I took the woman for a ride (Might be her last time...With all the complaining...:-arrgh)...

Got a bit more used to my Short Throw Shifter....Seems EXTREMELY tight.....Idk if it's supposed to be that way or what...But 2-1 and 4-5 is PITA shifts...Sometimes, it's perfect...Sometimes it hangs..

Then again, my Shifter Forks are needing replacing..

Overall, well worth the $150...

Also topped the fuel tank off...A/c on full blast, driving 65-70mph...17.65mpg....Given the hilly country roads around here...Not too shabby...

Considering I had a passenger, and part of the TTB in my truck..

A simple frame, even an old boat trailer, you'll be much happier with than a truck frame. That will get it down to a more reasonable height also.

I built a "matching" trailer out of a truck bed/frame once. What a waste of time/effort/materials. :( Sold the bed and axle, scrapped the frame, built a real trailer and had $$$ left over. Just my $.02 worth.:-whud

Hate to see you un-flatbed that truck though.

Somehow, she forgets the fact it's a 19 yr old truck, a base model one at that..

My a/c isn't cold enough, ride is too rough, and the truck is still a bit too loud...

Not to mention there's not much room either...:(

Oh well...It's mine and I enjoy it...So oh well

yeah i finally decided i didnt like having to tie everything down on the back. was going to build sides for it but then im basically back to the box anyways. as a lifted truck i think it looked taller with the box on it.
i have a couple chunks of ibeam a buddy will let my haveso i may just weld them to the deck underneath and find a trailer axle for it. or just sell the deck and buy a trailer.... but for the time being i can just haul it in the box i guess. i thought i was going to have more room for the RZR on the deck but now the wheels are right at the edge and i do want to build a set of bumpers for it. so im going to go back to the box again.

Mine likes mine in the winter time. She likes the luxury of ac. I'm fine with my window down and the wing open
