Big clue on the walking part...rent a electric cart...not only will you get to the front of the line ...you don't get killed by the end of the day.....

This is true, but at $100 a day, I'm too cheap and this fat guy needs to walk. It's my yearly exercise condensed into a weekie. lol

Maybe I could convince Helen to push me in one of the adult stollers.:-kneeslap

Morning Arlene, Sean, Chris, Neil and any other peeps I missed. :)

It's kinda funny, the wait staff will be rattling something off next to me, I start laughing, then then stop.

Do you think they think I know that they are talking about me?:-dancing1

100....it was 15 when we was there 3 years ago...I guess inflation went up 600%, but I think there was a 50 or 75 dollar deposit that was refundable.....

glruff 07-06-2009 10:30 AM

Ran out of gas, so the FORCE pitched in to give us a boost,,,,

http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o...d/100_1378.jpg

tiny1 07-06-2009 10:37 AM

George thanks for the pictures.... I really like looking at the old equipment like that.

The one and only time that I was at Disneyland was about 35 years ago.... I am sure that things have chenge quite a bit since then.

George you are staying where??? I have relatives that live in the LA area, Fontana and Rialto to be exact.

We were staying in San Jaun Capistrano, lot's of nice places along PCH...

glruff 07-06-2009 10:39 AM

Here is a slideshow of Day 2 pics, the compact Kodak was used at Disneyland park, will break out the biggie camera for California Adventure,,,

http://s119.photobucket.com/albums/o...view=slideshow

The big difference we notice between Disneyland and Disney World, was Disneyland attractions, while most are similar or the same, are not spread out like in Florida.

glruff 07-06-2009 10:41 AM

We are staying at the Paradise Pier Hotel, it's a Disney hotel. All of the attractions are within walking distance. Downtown Disney, Disneyland and California Adventure.

tiny1 07-06-2009 10:41 AM

Steve... are you possibly referring to George there????
