yup... ntm even though diesels are emissions exempt and yeah i could supposedly pass state inspections... but if the troopers or city pulls you over they can also still give you a ticket for no cats...

The way around that is to keep the cats but bust out the insides..

and hope they dont catch you in that...

Well if they look under they will see them... They would have to take them down..

not really... few states i travel through regularly the troopers carry hand held sniffers... theyll use them during a regular stop to give you a road side sniffer test... you fail you get ticket...
