I made mine... I just had to wait for the right parts truck. I just wanted the x-cab so I could have a place to throw my crap. I still have a seat there in case I wanna haul some kids.. My family the girls are 5'10.. we dont fit back there

Any one know how many of these were made in 1988?

In Vegas, I see stretched trucks all the time. They are called limos. 6 doors 8 and ten doors, on and on. I hate limos. At some point past four doors it's like absurd and they tend to bend in the middle like a banana.

Proportionately, a crew cab with a super cab extension looks pretty good.

Bayer truck and equipment in Elrosa Mn builds them. I have seen one on their lot while driving by but never checked one out up close.
