2015 F250, $812 to register, $60 smog test, and $3.99 a gallon of diesel. Isn't Jerry Brown awesome?? Oh, and to the rest of my friends here in California, God help us if Gavin Newsom gets elected. He'll make Brown look like a conservative.

Diesel vehicles in California are very 2 years. Just another way to get their hands in our pockets.

The guy had to rev it up to make sure it didnt smoke. I told him just look at the exhaust tips. Clean as a whistle what a *******.
Did you see the debate last night. One lady was so brave as to mention prop 13 modifications so they can pay for some free stuff..
Free health care
Free collage
Bullet train
Tubes to send water to socal. throw a fit when the farmers wanted water. Save the smelt they said.
Gas tax needs to be higher
More illegal immigrants so Gaven doesn't have to mow his own lawn.
I saw 4 people who want to take from me and give it to someone else so they don't have to work.
Soon California will be a tent state

I sincerely want to thank Governor Jerry Brown for raising my registration from $650 last year to a whopping $767 this year.
Hope the fine folks from the great state of Ca see this and make some changes.

Please post up how much you all pay in your state. Curious to know how much I could save moving from here.

Just paid mine in Texas, $75.25 for 2014 F250.

That's a diesel thing here in Ca. Thank the coal rollers for that one.

Neither your money, nor your property is safe as long as congress/legislature is in session!!!!!!

Received and renewed my tags last month. $107 for a year. Went and had it changed to the normal 2 year renewal which is $214. MD usually sets the registration for vehicles registered at 10K or over for a one year renewal unless asked to make it a 2 year renewal. The registration fees also include a $17 dollar surcharge for the MD EMS system ( Includes State Police medevac program hospitals and all ems systems in the state) Vanity plates or specialized plates cost another $20 bucks or so more per renewal.

In Tennessee our tags just went up. Now I pay $29. No inspection, no emissions. Last year we paid $21. Have no idea why they increased the fees by roughly 30%.

Sounds like MN. When I used to live there, it was $35 for any vehicle that was 10 years or older. Could have been a Rolls-Royce or a Yugo. No inspection or emissions either...but insurance was mandatory. Now where I live in NH, no insurance required...but inspection, emissions, and big $$ for registration.

$596.00 for a 17 F350 KR, to purchase a renewed 2018 registration here in indiana, we also pay property taxes, got a brand new 10 cent increase in fuel tax last year that is adjusted annually too keep up with inflation, they didn't make that part of the bill well known till the news of another increase was announced this year.

Do you have to pay personal property tax on your vehicles?

Here in LA county its called a "luxury tax", $195 per year for my ski boat.

2015 F250,,,,,$797,,,,plus $60 for a BS smog check
