Your referring to the switch on the pedal that I recently replaced? I doubt it I'm guessing TC first if not solenoid pack second.

Did you ever get it figured out?

Sorry for the long wait, I dropped the transmission, transfer case, drive shafts etc.. all by myself, installed new torque converter, and reinstalled everything once again all by myself, it took time. I had everything back together last night, truck would not start, didn't even turn over, not even a click from the starter... did some diag work, it was a bad starter. Got the truck started while in park the O/D light is flashing. I did not take it or a drive. Trying to figure out what is causing the O/D light to flash.. maybe I didnt connect the transmission harness in all the way? I will check tomorrow, any suggestions?

If I knew what code was stored I'd have specific suggestions. Without knowing the codes, something not plugged in is as good of a guess as any.

O/D light fixed, range harness was loose. Took for test drive for 45 mins, at 65mph slip ranged from 1.XX to 20.XX, I no longer have TC slip. It was 90 degrees out I ended up hitting 170F trans temp... which I was disappointed with, I didn't expect it to go over 150 not towing..

AFAIK 80°-100° over ambient is about normal.
