You should see 18 psi on a WOT run unless you are running a programmer or tuner.

Did you look at the wastgate in the turbo when you had it apart? Moved freely without binding?

Yeah wastgate seemed to be fine. New turbo cam with a new wastgate too.

What type of boost gauge are you using?

The one my edge chips reads out. Right now its just set on stock. Basically just using the gauges.

Do you feel it is running sluggish? Does it feel like it is only getting partial power and boost? I think there is a problem with your Edge product after all you have done to your truck.

I didn't drive it a whole lot after the new trubo just around the block basically. You can definitely tell that its running a lot better with the new turbo more power better reponse then before. Was doing this before the edge chip also after I bought a brand new computer. Its just progresively but slowly getting better each time I buy a new part for it it seems like lol

Well, I have my fingers crossed that tomorrow you hit 18-20 psi! You should hit 24-25 in your race tune.

In race tune I can now get 15 lbs getting on the interstate before I couldn't hardly break 10 without my turbo wanting to melt down. Better but still not all there

I still believe you have a big boost leak.... When one of my couplers were only half on because some idiot who owned the truck before me didn't put it on right I was only able to hit 15 pounds of boost any of my tunes.
You never specified how you went about checking for boost leaks. You did say that the system did hold pressure... Which I then said that it won't hold pressure, it will bleed off.

I believe you may need to go back and start at square one all over again and tripple check to make sure your not missing something.

I will definitely go back and recheck for boost leaks this weekend. I used a website I found where someone had showed step by step how to do the leak test and mine seemed to do the same as theirs. Ill try and find it again and paste the link on here.

There are a lot of threads on how to make a boost leak Decetor and check. I'm curious to know the method you used.

Took the air filter off and put a piece of PVC with a Schrader valve tapped in it in the boot and pressured it up inbetween 15-20 lbs and listened ands sprayed Windex for bubbles.
