In the past 2 years, 3 friends told me to take up meditation. I tried it a few times- seems to be easier for me to hike a few miles than sit ‘n meditate. I suppose it’s not allowed to meditate while doing a repetitive task like hiking, but it feels more natural to my lifestyle.:-down
