^^^Can you imagine the shame that one day 38 years ago, some idiot mechanic who didn't know or care better set that original air cleaner and piping in a pile of crap in some forlorn corner of the dirty shop where it sat for 8 years before they tossed it into the trash. They finished the engine swap and everyone moved on with their jobs.:confused:

391FT is the big truck version of a 390 FE. It has a heavier steel crankshaft if I remember right. I got one in the backyard, taken from a truck my old boss had. This one was 1976 I think it was. And it too has the clark 5 speed that I took with the engine. Both are super heavy.
