I've run the EBC Greenstuff Pads and EBC Rotors for a couple years and love them. I'll admit that the more expensive Greenstuff Pads (there are 2 levels of Greenstuff) are significantly better.

Use ebc pads and rotors in three different trucks and like them.

I dont have EBC brake parts however I did apply the CRC disc brake quiet to the pads when replaced and greased the slide pins adequately with no noise issues.

Glad you figured out it was the hub assembly though. :-drink

After talking with many other brake users I went with these; MOTORCRAFT BRSD756 (front)from Rock auto and the same line for theh rear.

Everyone who used/uses them said they were pleased, while with various other brands the opinions were all over the place. Motorcraft brakes seem to be what the EMT guys use on their trucks as well.

I kinda like the OEM stuff, maybe not the best choice but middle of the road with proven reliability.
