Went to the gas station with the light on and filled up. After running my card twice i realized i had just made my house payment to the gas station. Oh well at least only do it twice a month.

Part came in for my back up sensors. Replaced the speaker (part #YC3Z 15K864 AA) in the rear cargo area (between the rear and side windows), now all works again!

I bought the last 2 the guy had. Sent one to labman1014 and kept the other to maybe do mine someday. I like the idea that the trim was specially designed for the Excursion while using parts from your current console. Not sure now if I'm gonna go through the process of painting it tan. I already have a tv up there. Got a free vcr with it I could donate to the Smithsonian.

Decisions....

Changed the spark plugs, cleaned boots, very good condition, able to re-use them! Cleaned throttle body, MAF sensor, and air filter. Good spring tune-up! Tomorrow, brakes on the wife's Jeep:)

Installed rear Hellwig sway bar. Took me forever, but got it done. Handles a lot better.

I installed 4 Rancho 9000xl shocks on the Ex yesterday. What a difference that made! Now to find time to install the V-Codes up front.

Washed mine today, stupid birds sit on the mirrors and make a mess of it.

got mine dirty....missed driving it!

tomorrow i'm taking a tire off due to a slow leak get that fixed.

towed and towed all weekend with it. love the ex 7.3

Rebuilt the fuel bowl!

Changed all 10 spark plugs and boots. Job was easier than I had planned thanks to all the info on this site :-drink

Showed the kids how to go thru BIG water puddles to get water splashed way higher than the roof of the X. :)

What exhaust is that one?
