That's the funniest universal joint I've ever seen. LOL.

Thank you for the pictures and write up. Great tip! (pun intended)

Drove her 600 miles yesterday, 450 is up for today. Headed to Wy to do some snowmobiling. We are in the 2000 X.

Oh, it got a bath last night too here in rapid city.

Washed my X and cleaned out a ton of sand .... At 6'2" I never thought I would need a step ladder to wash my car.

Snowseeker 03-17-2011 09:27 PM

I was out at storage putting the snowmobiles away so I got to see the X. I thought about starting it up and letting it run for the time I was there to cycle the fluids. But I figured spring is so close I may as well wait now.

Just kinda of walked around it today patted it on the front bumper, said I love you darling and gave it a kiss right between the headlights.

Seal them up with silicone.

Today I sent her to the spa, where she recieved *a soft massage with the finest in carnauba wax, her head lights were treated to a few coats of rain ex to keep her beautiful eyes seeing clear. Afterwards her shoes were shined with the finest lotions on the market. Before I drove her to her favorite spot she was tickled by fine fabrics to remove any possible wax dust that may have escaped the eye of the massage therapist.

Off we went to dinner, BP, gleaming down the boulavard at 25 mph. Once we arrived she enjoyed*30 gallons of bp's *finest gas, that's right, premium. From there she bought me home via A1A (The Beach). *

What a great afternoon! ***
