:-D Just how many trucks you got Trav?

Redneckfordf2502002 02-19-2015 08:12 PM

Here is the complete list of cars, trucks, and bikes (I work on all them and consider them mine but not all truly belong to me).
1988 F150 302 (being rebuilt but later going for 408 stroker) (mine)
1991 F250 460 (brother's)
1992 F250 351 (recovery/work/only OBS)
1995 F250 351 (parts truck)
1991 F150 300 I6 (either parts truck or other brother's truck)
1989 F350 460 (one day to be either parts truck or hauler truck)
1989 F250 351 (work/water hauler)
1990 F150 302 (dad's baby)
1996 ranger (brother's that wants the 91 f150)
1980 Mustang (soon to have 302 roller or engine from Lincoln) (sisters)
1994 Explorer (my DD for right now)
1993 Lincoln Town Car (either parts car for 4.6L swap for mustang or brother's DD haven't decided yet)
1985 Chevy van 305 (to valuable to us to get rid of)
2004 Gmc Envoy XUV 5.3L (mom's)
2010 F150 (good truck)
1973 Harley XLCH (my bike) (1000CC stroked to 1200CC 2cyl of fun!)
2007 Harley FLSTC (dad's bike but will be getting rid of next year or so).

Ya the list is a bit long but I love recovering old trucks and cars plus when you get the deals I find you can't resist. LOL
I also like being asked that exact question almost every month (at least since I only put 2 in my sig because all of them wouldn't fit before) LOL.

Cool! Is it 4wd? Good color.

Evan_P 02-20-2015 10:23 AM

4.0 V6, 4WD

fnfast88 02-20-2015 10:30 AM

Ponykilr, if you are talking to me, no not 4wd just a 2wd extended cab dark blue with silver lower stripe. Gray cloth interior. It needs a few body panels repaired. And a set of wheels 4 link an lowered 4 inches

Well I picked it up on Friday, but was too busy over the weekend to grab any pictures. Let me introduce the new ride.

It was exactly what I was looking for. It's a 2010 Ranger Sport 4X4. It was a one owner, local truck with 23k miles on it. It is going to be the daily driver from now on and the big truck will be for hauling or any duty I don't feel like putting the ranger through.

ponykilr 02-23-2015 03:29 PM

Nothin wrong with that brother. Low miles too. ^

I finally ordered the parts I needed today. I ordered the updated transmission pan with the drain plug, an improved front pump seal, and this beast of a torque converter. I figure since the trans is coming out anyway for the front pump seal, I might as well upgrade the TC and be done with it. WAY overkill for an N/A IDI, but the converter should outlast the transmission.

I'm starting to get excited now. I haven't been taking my truck on any drives out of town because of the leaky seal, so I'm really looking forward to getting it fixed. Almost there! :D
