I have a 2011 F150 with the 3.5 Eco Boost engine. Out of warranty so I wanted to install a oil/filter catch can between the pcv and the manifold return line. My question is would this be okay for the engine and how many pcv are on this engine? There seems to be one on each valve cover. Thanks

I'm looking for a coyote for a swap I'm doing and found this place and thought what better place to ask. I have been finding engines but they say: 5.0L (VIN F, 8th digit), from 01/04/13 or 5.0L (VIN F, 8th digit), thru 01/03/13. I'm trying to find how the before 2013 differ from the thru 2013. Any help would be great, Thanks.

Hoping you can answer a question for me. I have a 2011 F-150 that I want to put factory Super Duty roof clearance lights on. My question is actually 3 part. First is can I just plug it into the wire harness for the headlights like it would have been done at the factory. I don't want a butcher job. And second would doing this void my CPO warranty? Because I really don't want to do that. Being a collision tech. I know this is difficult. I just don't want to void the warranty. Also if they would be able to just plug in, would I have to have the BCM reprogrammed. I know that on the GM trucks you would have to have the BCM reprogrammed. Not Sure about Ford. Thanks for your help.
