You should start a post in the Biodiesel Forum. Then you would get my input, but also input from other users also. We have a good bunch in there with YEARS of experance. If you do make a post there it is a lot easyier to post studys, tests, etc, where other people that are thinking about bio.
good news...i have a biology background from school and never thought i would much use it...left college early after being drafted to play baseball....and am in my winding down stages of getting out of the game....but i can respect your process and experiments and find that it sounds like alot of work but alot of fun. thanks for laying it all on the web like you do and taking the time to answer people like me...i hope to start making plans on bringing in the oil and getting started...i will have many more questions as i begin...just let me know if i get to be too much for you. but im gonna get back into catching up and soaking up all of you postings...thanks again and god bless!
Welcome John. If you can get the WVO you've just made the major hurdle! Yes it can be a good "side" business. I sell to 2 logging companys and several farms on a regular basis. My costs run just under $1.00/gal, and I sell for about $2.50/gal. One of the nice things about selling to off-road users is it eliminates all Government regulation. If you need any help just ask, I'm always willing to help!
