    sure it the cap? replace the cap and retest. if its still doing it hook a pressure gauge in line on the hose from the intake to the degas bottle and see what you have for pressure. not normally a good sign for them to whistle from there though.

    I think this weekend Im going to throw a jack under the truck and meaure the Static and extended and compressed shock lengths of my truck shocks

    I think there will be more options
    I been reading up on how to do it
    and from what Iv seen so far my rubber bump stops should have been changed with the lift and ID think they were

    Truck runs great so far. Starts right up and has plenty of power. Fuel pressure is 74 after blue spring, not sure what is was before, I just put the gauge on. Thanks for your help. Oh and by the way, delta before repair 32 degrees, delta after 8 degrees. Sweet!

    I found a Pro Comp shock for $$ 60.00 each 0-8.5 lift

    repair shop that gave me the Saftey warrning on my shocks wanted $700.00 for 4 shocks and rear brake pads
    rear pads was 50.00$ so far

    I know I spend to much time on here
    I have replaced alot of parts this summer I guess it was time for some TLC
    Hope that DC Power Alternator lasts have you had ny alternator Issues

    Its kinda like a game see if you can figure them out
    plus its helped to try and track cheap parts or quality ones

    seams like I hit 72,000 and had to do alot of work
    Ball joints,rear brakes pads,another Altternator,

    got a warning from safty Inspect for shocks there all leaking failed for rear pads changed them it passed
    know anywhere to get shocks for a truck with a lift
