    Hi Bob! From this site and all of your posts, I feel as if you're looking over my shoulder in the garage giving me pointers! Thank you!! Question -- Do you mind sharing a photo of your hood latch spring set up? Does the photo of mine look right?




    The slit pin/cotter key broke off of mine, and I was SHOCKED to find the spring and bolt resting in the grime up in the hood after a 20 mile trip! I'm glad I found them because it seems that spring (#16862) is impossible to replace!

    With you being in SE Wisconsin (I'm in Oshkosh), maybe we'll bump into each other at show sometime.

    what kind of rv did you find the wheels on...............iam looking for a set for my 1953 ford f500 dont care if they look like original wheels just want safe ones.........these on on your truck are 22.5 tubeless right............thanks sam
